I’ve been to look at this machine which is heavily used, and the residents are saying a Mixed load should take just over an hour is taking upto 2 hours.
I watched it and it appears to fill, wash and heat to 40 degrees and then just washes on and on and never gets to drain, but the timer counts down. It pumps when set to spin and appears to complete the spin cycle in the correct time.
Any ideas?
