    Hi guys.

    Not seen one of these before.
    Water not emptying.
    Pump working ok and no blockage in outlet hose.
    Sump hose ok but there’s a rubber mass in the outer tub section were the sump hose fixes on.
    It appears fixed somewhere as it won’t move.
    Can anybody advise what this might be and could it be causing the problem.

    Yes it is some fancy ball valve arrangement that (looking at the schematic drawing) appears part of the sealed drum assy?
