    Seeing a fair few of this model with drum bearing / support failures after 12 / 24 months.
    Bosch seem to be just exchanging the machine rather than changing the drums.
    Anyone know if Bosch are accepting there is a design flaw?

    Quietly replacing the machine is a whole lot cheaper than admitting a flaw in design. Ssssssh 😉

    Apparently there was was a batch of these with this problem.

    We had one two weeks ago however BSH replaced the drum 😕 I am informed that the problem was resolved and all the recent variants are all okay.

    Make note of the FD number then Don to see if that holds true. 😉

    I’ve sold lots of these. No issues as of yet. Hopefully just a bad batch.
