At this machine earlier this morning and couldnt access the diagnostics on it to see the last error codes registered on it. I tried the usual “go to 6 oclock position finger on spin button…. Etc” but no joy. Did they charge the format? As the rinse/spin is now on 6 clock and drain is on the 7 clock position.
