    customer tells me there is a clicking noise but no motor running, being its a new machine and non brush motor..and has a sensor fitted to motor, I don’t know value of sensor ect…any advice would be helpful. please John

    New machine? Is it used commercially then John so the 2yr guarantee isn’t valid?

    Could be a costly inverter failure by the sounds. 🙁

    Hi Rocker,
    Sounds the same as one I had a couple of weeks ago.
    It was the motor inverter board at rear.
