    Oh Dear,

A day before we go on holiday and F67!!!!!!!! Aaahh this only happends to customers 👿

Very little on this error on here. Apparently it’s a board fault but which one? Operating module 00675978 or power module 00701834. When I eventually finish fixing others peoples appliances today I need to have a look at mine then order the parts to be here when I get back from holibobs. Cuba here we come.

What’s the re-set prodedure? I doubt it will work but will try.

    TIA

Its not one I’ve seen but according to the error code it’s a miscommunication between the boards/one of them has lost its program . Unfortunately the only thing i can think of , aside from pcb replacement , that might work is flashing both boards to see if that clears the error and resets the machine. As far as I’m aware , only BSH have that ability.

    Thanks for that nomadPaul.

I’ve tried resetting but it doesn’t work. The query is which board. The one at the front (opeating module) which is the buttoms and rotary control or the one directly behind it which is called the power board. Both look like they could be programmed and or have firmware. I just wanted to order the right one before I shoot off.

Someone must have repaired one of these?

Just to update this job incase anyone needs it for a search later.

After lots of support from BSH tech.
    F67 error
Check the machine thoroughly for any earth leakage including smaller items like the pump etc. Try a re-set of the pcb. Also check and make sure the 3D sensor is ok. Try unplugging the 3D sensor and plugging back in. Obviously checking all connections and all wiring.
If this does not help then it’s likely to be the power module 00701834.

(I had a sneaky feeling it was the power module as it was called a version 4 module-possibly previous known problems hence the version 4)Masterpart sell the module for £69.97+Vat and it was a quick delivery for special order part and a good price.

Prgramming from the German to English tranlated instructions took some time but like anything you’ve not done before, it’s just a matter of sticking with it.
