    wont drain quickly. had a look at this sump clear. draining slowly am thinkin week pump or blockage in drain hose. got that stupid hose that joins at top of machine.cant see anthing stuck in pump housing, any how , how do you get the front of these. done usual screw in soap draw an two bottom srews but wont come off. help ta 😳

    thats stupid aint it, how does control panel come off? an is ther a cheaper pump you can fit rather than 144511 £65 job?

    Usual to remove fascia. Has to be that pump due to new style hose connection on pump.

    i havent had to remove facier before. do you have to prize it of. ie is cliped on or is it screwed on,?thanks and wat bowt timer knob. does just pull of or what? 1st time one of this model, older model was so easy mmm 😳

    screws behind soap drawer. clip on rhs on the inside. timer knob comes away with fascia and control pcb.

    £45.52 retail at Bosch. Still expensive. Can’t find a pic anywhere except for cartoon on Bsh site but would have thought something else would fit to the filter.

    i had one of about a year ago and i did a lot of head scratchinng but eventually found two coins stuck in the part where the hoses join at the top of machine .i dont know how they got up that far.

    How far away is the job? I’d suggest taking along a small selection of standard pumps, both screw and bayonet fit and some silicone sealant, some epoxy putty, some cable ties, some green gardening wire, some self tappers, some speednuts…you get the picture. One word of caution. If the old pump has a toc, make sure the replacement does too.
    Anyway, it’s just as likely a coin acting as a flap valve.

    Pump is £38 from Masterprt – a bit better.

    Mike, you missed out double-sided sticky tape, cling film, bottle brush, stirrup pump and various sizes of Jubilee clips….absolutely vital on jobs like this I reckon. 🙂
