Hi Guys.

I`m trying to fit a new door inner to this machine but the door handle locks when all screws tightened.

I`ve had to bring it home as I cannot see what I`m doing wrong.

Any suggestions.

I changed one back in July and as far as I recall the door lock probe has to be hooked into the handle before snapping the two halves together. No force required mind! 😉

There must be more than one type of door inner.The one Bosch sent has too much plastic in the area where the handle pivots thus locking it when screwed down.
Cut some away with stanley knife and hey presto job done. 😀
