    Can anybody help i have a Bosch WAS32466GB/09 it will light up but the prgrames dont change when the dial is turned it will show the programe you stop at but it wont start and all the buttons dont seem to work customer is desperate cheers JJ

    Johnny, sounds like the child lock is set. Check the user instructions for lock/ unlock procedure. You can download the manual at bshcustomerservice.co.uk

    select a progrmme first, then touch and hold the start button for around 5 seconds if I remember…… this should unlock it
