Bosch washer drier key symbol?

I’m going to this Bosch washer drier tomorrow; I don’t know the model number unfortunately so I’m hoping that the key symbol means child lock. The customer cannot get any function to work, so my assumption may be right. BUT…….how do you turn off the child lock on a Bosch? 😕

I think you usually hold the start button for 5 seconds or so until the key symbol goes off.
