Bosch washer drier steaming up in display

Greetings,
I’ve been to a Bosch washer drier, model WVG30461GB/01 which had a blocked filter/sump.
cleared that no problem and left.
The customer then reported that the display is steaming up on dry. I recalled and also found the internal feed pipe for the drier getting heavily condensated during drying.
no sign of any steam escaping internally. Any one has this issue before?!

well there must be steam getting out somewhere and it must be close to the display
