Bosch Washer Dryer Problem

Hiyas,
Customer complaining that machine isn’t drying clothes.
Model is WFT2806GB and Enr WFT2806GB/13, FD 8304 400750

It’s heating up ok, blower is fine with good airflow, Condenser tank is clean and clear, water is being injected into condenser ok and pump is coming in now and then to get rid of the water.
I can’t see why it’s not drying, everything appears to be working fine.

Running the machine on dryer setting 1 brings in the heater and blower motor, about 5 minutes later it starts pumping and injecting water. Should it be a constant flow of water? or should it be opening and closing the valve?

I’d appreciate any help/diagnostics that anyone can provide.

Possible blocked condenser at the elbow at the top, or bra wire jamming the sump hose ball, so that when the pump kicks in water is squirted back into the drum.

Does the machine have a triac on a square pcb at the bottom next to the main module if so change it if heater meters up ok and the ducting clear

Triac, … if suppose that majority triacs blowed go to SCC than that is not your problem (symptom dryer overheats). 😕

You said or not that heater is coming on together with fun? … and still clothes are wet when finish program?

Three thinks are coming in mind: too much water flow thru valve (dryer valve) or too much clothes or (not less) heater chamber clogged (aluminum)… ❓ For all faults to get answer, with door open (block door lock manually), run dry program and check: air flow, temperature and water level.

Thanks for the email Greg, I’m sure the pages will be helpful.
There’s no blockage anywhere, have had all the hoses off and the pump out, condenser is spotless too.
The dryer isn’t overheating, I’ve had it running with the door open and airflow is good, no blockage in the heater chamber. The only thing I’m not sure about is the water coming in, it appears to pulse the valve, i.e. opens, closes, opens and does this while the drain pump runs. Drain pump runs for a short period and not constant. (Think this is how it should be).
I’ll check for the triac on the small board when I return to the machine on Monday.

Pumps should run intermitent but valve :hmm: (would be activated while condensing temperature is obtained). If you hang drain hose free (at minimum required hight) you can observ if water comes in.

Won’t work because the drain hose comes out high on the rear so no gravity flow takes effect.
Best way would be to empty the machine of all water through the filter/coin trap drain off then remove the coin trap, then run the machine with the coin trap out. Then you would be able to see any water coming out.

Unless you want to watch the water emptying under control of the pump..
