This is a new machine installed a week ago .Customer has had two previous Bosch machines one of which is a back up still in use.
Problem seems to be a very sensitive spin sensor aborting spin due to load imbalance.Is this a known problem or is it adjustable to make it less sensitive.Interesting that if the load is put in the backup machine it spins fine.steve
