Called out to this machine customer stated that the machine keeps returning to the start of the program. I set the machine in a rinse and spin program. Machine emptied, filled and started the distribution whit motor turning. After a few minutes the program returned to start time. I obtained the Error E12 by turning to the Rinse and spin program and pressing the lefthand button on the front panel. E12 was given which is a fill error? Both fill vales work during the fill stage of the Rinse. The pressure switch appears to work and the pressure tube is clear. The element has good resistance, the drain pump works. The anti syphon container on the back right of the machine is clear. Does anyone know how to cancel the error or enter the functional test procedure?
