bosch washer dryer wvd24525gb/01 no heat on dry cycle

New inlet valve fitted as old one was leaking.
Continuity across dryer element.
225V from element to frame but zero volts across element terminals suggesting no return path.
NTC cold resistance 4.6k ohms.
Is the neutral side switched?
Does this sound like a board fault?

And finally, any idea which of the two boards is likely to be at fault? Presumably whichever one incorporates the heater relays but any idea which this is.

The main power board as a rule, though I don’t recognise the model number you gave.
