Bosch Washer/Dryer WVG 30462 GB/01 wont heat water.

My machine has stopped heating the water for any wash cycles but there is no fault code.
I have changed the heater element for a new one but still no heating.
The machine still works in every other respect.
Any ideas please, maybe a sensor?
Why no fault code?

a lot of machines dont have a fault code for no heat but the do have one ofr a sensor fault most of the time

i would look at the heater relay and check for solder joint problems first

Thanks Dave, where is the relay located is it adjacent to the heater and accessible via back panel?

inside the main control module very possibly at he bottom of the machine.
There will be 2 panels. one is motor control and probably smaller the other is the main control module
