Bosch washer WAE28162 washing continuously

WAE28162GB05

Machine washes for hours and hours and doesnt heat.
Not syphoning, element is fine and temp sensor reads 6.5kohms which I think is ok?.
I am thinking it could be the module, any one seen this before?.

Might be a dry solder joint on the board. Came across this a few times.
