Bosch washer WAS28466GB/10 Clearing Error Code

This machine has a F43 error. Replaced brushes which were completely worn but the error won’t clear. I’m thinking unless I’m trying to clear the code incorrectly then maybe the motor has damaged the board. The motor seems to check out ok and there’s nothing obviously blown on board.
I’m trying to clear the error by switching dial to 6 o’clock while holding the spin button, then continuing clockwise to 7 o’clock while holding the spin button for a further 5 seconds then releasing it and switching the dial back off.

You got the reset procedure correct though you may need several attempts. Another sure way is to disconnect the motor first, reset then reconnect.

Don’t hold the spin speed button until you’ve turned the dial to 6 o’clock. Once you’re at the 6 o’clock position then hold the spin speed button before turning one more click clockwise.
