Bosch Washer WFO2466 problem – no activity

Customer has a Bosch Washer WFO2466GB/01 with following:

LED display works – displays time length of programs OK and no error codes. Indicator LEDs all show up as expected. Door locks/ unlocks. But no activity from water valves/ wash motor/ pump or anything else.

It’s like the PCB is perfectly fine except it has no connection with the rest of the machine and nothing happens on any pgm.

I inspected the PCB for damage/blown tracks and nothing is visible, it looks OK.

Is this a new control board needed (part # 440855, now 443230) or is it something else? (I’d just like to know before I spend out on the board!)

Jammed or faulty drain pump a possibility, worth a check.
Drains before anything else, failing that, most likely the PCB 😡

Wouldn’t a drain pump fault give an error code on the display?

Also it stopped when full of water, so when reset and put on a wash pgm I expected it to carry on washing (drum agitation) no?? But it did……….nothing.

Not if drum was already empty, as the water level sensor would be already be less than level 1 😀
If stopped full of water (you never said on 1st post 😀 ), they may have the Spin turned off thus selecting Rinse Hold 😉
