Original fault was No Motor Action carbons were nackered replaced then ok, but got recall, it’s still leaving washing wet. Draining at a good rate, checked filter, rear chamber all clear. Blew down pressure pipe no resistance felt. In manual spin it starts at 11 mins it starts to spin slowly then builds and does a 1400rpm but only for about 10secs, time goes down to 7 mins then skips to Zero and stops. Clothes still very wet.
Would the carbons arcing when worn cause a problem with the board?

Your fault has been reported and discussed on here many a time.

What was the insulation of the motor?

I always advise the customer trying a few empty cycles first to help bed in the new brushes.

The spin on its never does the full wack but should be doing more than yours is.

Not worth putting a new motor in if still no joy.
