The customer rang last night to say the washer is jumping to 1 minute on the wash cycle? The old brushes had completely worn and the drum not spinning. Never had this problem before 🙁 October 3, 2013 at 10:11 am #402172 electrofixModerator Re: Bosch washing machine 1 check if brushes are sparking 2 check for small earth faults on heater and motor but not enough to blow an rcd i would try machine see it fails then disconnect heater and try again Dave October 4, 2013 at 8:31 pm #402173 folleyballParticipant Re: Bosch washing machine Called today Heater is fine but the machine is just constantly washing – never moves on, even when it gets to 1 minute. I’m going back on Monday to hopefully repair a dry joint on the circuit board. It was a dry joint. Can new brushes cause this or was it just a coincidence?
