bosch washing machine advancing

Have no details on model or anything really, but got a text from customer just now saying “2/3 bosch w/m, dial is just spinning round on any programme, can you help?”
can’t raise her now on the phone so…
Has anyone ever seen this before?

Probably a WFF???? with the timer knob drive broken ’tis all. New knob or control panel….simples!:smile:

Ahhh, all i thought of was that the timer was advancing after setting the programme,
Re-reading it though, you might be right, the knob may be just spinning in her hand when trying to set a wash,
Hopefully…..
