All spin lights flash

and the wash light flashes

Door does not lock

Customer says it has do similar on occasion from day 1.

Thought it was normal 😕

try a software reset

from memory i think its

set prog knob to 6 o clock ie pointing down
press and hold spin speed button
turn timer knob 1 click clockwise
let go
turn off and then try machine

if I am wrong I am sure nomad or someone will correct me

Problem is the machine does not respond to button presses,

Did try the reset idea

This machine is under 2 years old but cust failed to register.
Told them to try Bosch anyway as they seemed reluctant to dip there hands in their pockets

correct Bryan the only reason you register is to send you an offer to extend warranty

As long as they have proof of purchase , the 2 yr warranty will stand .
