Re: bosch washing machine brush motor
nor really sure what you are saying
if you measure the pcb connections you will get different reading depending on where you put the leads.
say you have 6 connections to the motor. 2 will be for the tacho and you may well get a reading but the other 4 are live feed, 2 are shorted to join field and armature and the last one comes up to the triac to get the neutral
as for building a test rig, I build one years ago to rebuild and test hoover modules and motors. I used a donor machine to provide all the plugs etc.. in your case you would need a compete working board and mount it accordingly to make it work. you may need to add some of the sensors in circuit to stop the board fault coding out
going back to your first post take the edge off the brushes then run a few spin cycles and listen how much it sparks. set the max speed to 800 to start with and see how it goes. a bit of sparking should be ok as I have had the inlet valve opening and closing when it get too bad
when finished tell cust to avoid really heavy loads ( towels only) and lower spin speed for the first 10 washers
not had a board blow but if you don’t want to do this fit gen parts
