Hi, The Spin and Rinse lights are flashing on this machine? The customer also says she gets a burning smell from it as well. The way she described it, it sounded like the heater was coming on? with no water in it. I don’t have a copy of the fault codes for this one.Checked pressure switch, which seemed fine. Would be most grateful for any ideas on this one please.

Most likely is the heater terminals have burnt? Did you check the heater when you looked at the pressure switch?

If the heater ever came on without there being water in the tub then the internal microtemps would go open circuit anyway. 😉

Hi Martin, thanks for your reply.
Heater terminals seem fine? not burnt. from what the customer says it’s an intermittent fault?
I can’t see anything obvious?
