im also assuming its a washing machine, and not dishwasher. looking at the sparseness of info, “exxcel washer” the customer isnt the most clued up/brightest…

You need the UKW fault guide book an email to admin@ukwhitegoods.co.uk may get you a discount 😉 Bosch codes are in there among many others.
