ParticipantI was wondering if anybody could help.
I just changed the two modules in a Bosch washing machine, and replaced the brushes, but now we cannot change the temperature on the machine. It has a button on the console, as you press it the temperature goes up to 90 degrees and the then back down. Now it is stuck on 60 degrees

By the way you should post questions of this nature in Trade Tech not General. Perhaps a mod may spot this and move it?
But, anyway, can I just ask why you had to change TWO modules in the first place AND did you configure each correctly?

Hi guys, please help as this is doing my head in. Went to change a PCB on above machine today, I got the machine working fine, but there is another problem, if you press any of the other buttons it just changes the spin speed, I know it’s a calibration problem, but the little paper they give you with it to calibrate it does not make any sence at all, I have tried every thing but just couldn’t get it sorted, does any one know in English terms how to do this.
Thanks so long.
Quintin.

What are you like? Two threads , same subject, both technical questions posted in General Trade….I don’t know.. :rolls:
You can’t make sense of the configuration instructions? What does your little piece of paper say? Do share it with us as I feel sure we can work it out together. ( sadly I don’t have a copy of those instructions ) 😥

Please don’t open a third thread, just post it here and with any luck a mod will move it to Trade Tech (but I won’t hold my breath. 😐 😕 )

OK, I will try to explain other than what has already been written on those config instructions. You need to put in the 15 digit KD Code (aka Service Code) and that is 1,2,1,0,0,X,0,0,2,1,0,1,0,0 ,0,2 ( the X is not used by the way).
Carry out the initial setup position,” close door, turn selector to position 0 etc” and then when you get to position 8 you can then start to put in the codes. Don’t forget, 15 codes = 15 positions on the dial, that’s the clue to solving this German puzzle. 😉

Thanks Martin, I think I finally got it, as you say the X is not used is that why you have got an extra 0 in the table of numbers that you wrote above.
Thanks again.
