Bosch washing machine Jumping.

Hi Guys, just need clarification.
My Washing machine, jumps about like crazy during its cycle.
is it the dampers that need replacing….everything else is fine with it.

take the lid off

push down hard on the drum and let go. try to bounce it like a ball. if shocks are ok it should resist you. if its easy to bounce you need shocks

double check filter as sometimes if it pumps out too slowly it can affect balance
