    This machine has no indication of time remaining to complete the wash. It purely has start , Active and End indicators. The problem is that the wash is completed and the indicator remains at Active and does not move to indicate End.

    Any ideas would be welcomed. Thanks

    It means that the drain out time has exceeded (timed-out). You need to check the pump filter, pump, drain inlet/outlet hose (in that order) to find the cause. 😀
