Bosch – water leaking

Bosch WTW863S1GB/24

Water is not going into the front accessible and removable condensate container and leaks onto the floor. I have stripped off the top, sides and front of the machine.

please help me with next steps or any links to documents that may assist. thanks

put your Enr number in

on diagram 5 there is a pump (item 0512)

this pumps the water to the draw

its either
blocked hoses pump to draw
blocked base round the pump or pump blocked
faulty pump
or electronic board not turning pump on

that’s all I can think of but maybe more
