Customer reported the dispenser leaks and water runs down the front of the w/m and along the lower part of the fascia.
Around the dispenser was concrete soap powder and the drawer had water in it.
I cleaned off the powder and removed a button from the drain hose.
Yesterday the customer said its still leaks from the dispenser.
Have Bosch had any issues with the dispensers? Also how do they work? Looks like the drawer has a couple of pumps??
