Bosch WAW28660GB – pump filter wont open

hi,

I’m pretty sure that i’ve got a couple of my metal shirt collar bones stuck in my pump filter.

The pump filter will only unscrew a 1/4 turn and thats it. i’ve tried jiggling it back and forth to no avail.

Anyone got any options for me to try out please?

Only way would be to remove pump completely the take motor off from housing

I believe this machine has a fixed baseplate so access to the pump only possible via front panel removal. 🙁
