    Hi, Got a customer with big bosch just out of guarantee. Intermittantly it will spin but 9 times out of 10 jumps to end off programme.No obvious fault, tested motor circuit, pressure system, and drain etc. Suspect motor module but quoted £220 +vat. Am reluctant to take this chance. Any ideas

    have you tested the machine ? if not 1st port of call would be to ask customer what sort of washing they are putting in as if could be something as simple as the oob detection is detecting uneven load and its timing out

    Big drum/small load just exacerbates OOB problems………..

    haier being the exception to the rule on that 1 chris, small drum any load no difference 😆

    Hi, Yes ,tested with full load and empty but no difference. Sometimes won’t even attempt to spin before jumping to end of prog.
