Spin speed is too high and won’t spin or drain. Checked filter pump etc and no works when placed on spin. Any ideas?

What do you mean by that? It spins at high speed but won’t spin….huh?

It works for me but customer says when he uses it, it says spin speed to
High and stops full of water

I don’t know what the problem is likely to be except perhaps with the inverter or simply that the pump is worn out and sticks occasionally….?
