Bosch WD stuck on 1 minute

Hi I have a problem with a WVG30461GB/06, the customer reported it getting stuck on 1 minute. I thought it would be the Heater open circuit but no that’s ok. When I tested it it filled, heated then sat there not turning at all counting down the time.
it turns ok on rinse and spin. It was draining really slowly due to blockages in the filter but it wasn’t bad enough that it showed E18.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

a lot of the Bosch “one minute stuck faults” were down to low insulation on the heater
did you check that ?

Hi Dave, unfortunately I need a new megger after my van got broken into. I am making do with a circuit tester while I organise a new one.
I think I will order and try a new heater
