    Hi, got a call in for one of these washer dryers, says the dial spins but wont select programme, sounds like its not connection tho the timer/control unit, its a bit of a way from my normal area, just wondered if there is a likely part needed?, is there something between dial & programmer that may have broken?

    loooking at connect & qualtex looks like a dial pushed straight onto timer shaft, anyone confirm please ❓

    its usually the knob shaft that splits .should be an easy repair
