    Have customer with Bosch WEP2820GB/13 FD 8204. Machine will not go straight from wash programme to drying. Has anyone have any help please or wiring & tech info as to how it gets feed etc.

    Customer just phoned, drying timer sticking at 3 minutes :rolls:

    The three is an error code, rather than number of minutes.

    I cant remember the codes exactly?

    It may be a time-out for pumping if 3 is shown.

    I think 1 in display is time-out for filling.

    Check obvious, pump, bolckages, pressure chamber, valve coils and insulation of heaters.

    Thanks Tim, customer away till mid week. Any one got list of fault codes so I can gat any part on order

    You don’t want to be ordering parts on just the premise of a fault error on this model as parts are pretty expensive. I think the model is probably WET rather than WEP.

    Depending on the pump fitted you can get away with a plaset screw-in type pump, preferably with a TOC.

    You definitely don’t want to be ordering up a quadruple valve needlessly.
