    Hi all, this info is via telephone call from customer have not looked at machine yet.
    After starting machine it goes for about five minutes then stops with
    anti crease light flashing and “3” in the display.
    Have looked through the known error codes but couldnt find this,
    any ideas ?

    I think one of your fill valve/s has gone west,kinked hose/s or low water pressure 😉
