Bosch WET2820 washdryer

Hi all

Has anyone got any ideas about this machine? We went out in April as it wasnt heating and found a bad connection to the heater the the job came back in June with the same fault but this time we traced a broken wire to the reset stat. The job has once again come back in July we ordered a reset stat and seal these have been fitted but now customer says its still the same. Our engineer has checked the wiring and for blockages and cannot find anything we are now well and truley stuck! Can anyone help in any way?

Had a couple of these with dodgy relays on powerboard, also fan motor not always cutting in (fluff, bearings or capacitor).

Quad Valve open circuit to dryer? NTC on Heater ducting open circuit or short circuit? Fluff blocked lower condenser hose to tub?
