ModeratorNot been out to this yet. I have seen several posts pointing towards the heater as a cause of sticking on one minute.
Customer says she cannot get the filter out, will only turn half a turn, sounds like something stuck in it.
Would a partial pump blockage give the same error in the display?

Unlikely tbh. Jammed filter probably bra wire or similar. ‘1min’ usually means timed out in heating

I did see all the posts regarding the heater, she did say that it does sometimes complete a wash. 😕

Hmmm…
Removed large bra wire to allow pump filter to be removed, the rest of the filter was clear and the wire was not obstructing the impellor.
She said that the sticking on 1 minute had only happened a couple of times.
She has recently done two or the 90° maintenance washes which completed OK.
As I had the front off to get at the pump I checked the heater at the same time.
Perfect resistance, all connections sound. I put it on a wash with it plugged into my little test doofer and after a short while the heater kicked in.
She seems to be trying to time the machine with the clock on her cooker and comparing it to the countdown on the washer.
I have explained the ‘fuzzy logic’ that would make the times on the washer vary from the times initially shown on the display.
Will have to see what transpires.
Jim.

After two weeks without problems I got a call back to this today with same fault.
Turned out ot be a tiny, inch long, thin strip of clear plastic floating around in the pump/sump hose.
It had come off the sealing lip from a tub of sweets. :rolls:
