Can anyone tell me how to disconnect the wiring from the motor on a Bosch w/m model WF02864 (Exxcell1400).
Have managed to undo bolts but cannot see how to remove wiring so I can remove motor to check the brushes.
Machine will not wash/turn/motor sound so guessing brushes may require changing. Worked fine one minute then all stop.
Any help is much appreciated. 💡 💡 💡

It just a push-in plug. May have two little hooks on it which need lifting but even with these moved they can still need a good pull to get it off.

😀 Thanks, had to lever it off as no room to get at it but it`s off now to see if brushes is the problem.

Back again, Have removed brushes to motor and apart from looking to be about a 1/3 of the size shown on web photos they look in good condition, no pitting broken bits etc., not sure now if this was the cause of the fault, any ideas anyone?

Would you recommend fitting new brushes 1st or refit old ones?
