    has anyone changed the bearings/seals on the above model and can it be done by a competent amateur. Advice please.

    Nine bolts to release pulley and cross-piece, then it’s “Big Hammer Time”. Easy one.

    Suitable bearing kit will be found HERE.

    Check for the full eNr code – there are early and late versions with different bearing sets fitted.

    Power off, of course.

    Inside of door panel/label on rear of machine.

    Thanks to PENGUIN 45. Job done 2 hours.Got a mate with a bearing press to put new bearings into the spider before refitting.
