Moderatorprob is its an old machine and access to bosch tech is limited
do you have the new lock there
if yes get your multimeter and see if you have a reading between terminals 1 and 2. This hopefully is the ntc heaterthen hopefully we can work it out from there

Moderatorright we need to find out which the main contacts are
power it up and lock it
then disonnect and do this quickly as we dont want it to unlock
you need to see if you get 0 ohms between 1 and 2 or 3 and 2
trying to find out which one is the main terminal into the lock

Moderatorthe rest has to be done on the machine
you have 3 wires going to the interlock
a) a live or N permanant feed from the switch if it has one
b) a switch wire that connects to (a) when the lock is activated
c) A trigger wire from the timer
we have to detemine which is which
1 use your multimeter on the buzz setting. one of these wire will give a short circuit from the plug when the machine is on. which ever this wire is it has to go on 3. The logic of this is if it was connected to 2 the lock heater would not have a feed as its on the other side of the sw. If it was connected to 1 then the power for the machine would be coming through the board triac
2 next you need to find the switch wire. you can use your multimeter or connect a low current component like a lamp or pump. connect the wire you have just identified and choose one of the others. with the machine turned on you need to find the wire that give you 230v when you push start and give you 0v when you pause it. wichever wire this is must be 1
can you see where i am coming fromDave
