bosch wfd 2071 help

I have the above washing machine & recently it has stopped washing the fabric softener into the drum.
the drawer has been washed out, didn’t help
i am in a soft water area
& no, i’ve not opened anything up yet

Remove the dispenser drawer and then clean the dispenser cavity with a soft brush. Paying particular attention to the small holes that feed water to the fabric conditioner compartment. Often using a thin piece of wire or better still a plastic cable tie, poked up the holes will clear the bacterial debris that forms (black gunge) so very often in the dispenser! 😉

Whilst the drawer is out, why not clean the syphon tube and pour a little water in the tray to see if it drains off before you put it back 💡
