bosch wff 2000 dial problem

kept just spinning round when tryin to make selection.its the dial to the right as looking from the front.prised the front of and can turn inner part with long nose pliers which makes me think dial is at fault but cant see any visual signs of damage? any ideas??

Usually the knob inner which breaks. BSH supply a knob inner, cross piece and inner drive as p/no 154705. spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will be able to supply one for you at a sensible price.

thanks penguin.is this the bit inside of knob that i managed to prise off from the front? it,s a 2 piece thing including the dial itself. otherwise it looks like a removal of the front panel for more access.many thanks

Panel will come off relatively easily. Nibs left and right of fascia side and screws in dispenser IIRC.
