Participantright hi guys & gals (Long post sorry bear with me please)
For 3 weeks my mum has been driving me mad ,first the miele 520 prem we had for 3 months (which she never liked from the start) started apparently OVER washing and thinning out clothes. This i confirmed as she washed one of my jackets and even after the miele guys said they may have fixed the issue, another jacket was tested and ended up all colour drained and roughed up !
anyway i went and brought a second hand bosch wff 2000 (which was our old machine by the way) and she loved it for 4 washes but said that now the bosch had started very vaguely to do the same thing as the miele -thing out clothes and roughing them up!! arrgghhhhh
Can someone give me some mercy and try to explain what could be causing the issues with the bosch ??
i can hear a humming or constant noise coming from the motor but surely this would not effect performance ??
how do i check for bearing wear on the bosch ??
i push the drum up and down and there is movement but im not sure how to test properly ?

Hi
Seems a bit odd that two different machines have the same wash results 😕
I take it your hot and cold are the correct way round (ignore the hose colours, physically check 😉 )
Also detergent qualityd, dosage and laundry loading is paramount for a good performance result.
Have a look in the link below (washing machine topics), it will most certainly point you in the correct direction and may even solve your problem. 😀

Detergent, its absolutely imperative to get the correct type and dosage for the wash 😉
If you have the hot and cold going to the cold feed then no its not important.Greg

Check the program that you are using is the correct one for the tag on the jacket
