    hi my washer is working fine apart from its not heating the water? any ideas before i have to break the bank for a new one

    check the thermostat and element first, these are the usual culprits, cheaper than a new machine too.

    Remember, unplug it if you’re checking out!

    Does it stick on program?

    The heater is in the tub, undernealth the inner drum. UNPLUG HE MACHINE FIRST! Don’t even think about live testing!

    But I think using Repairs@ is a better idea 😕
