bosch wff 2001 no spin

It is about 5 years old. It does a complete cycle. Washes,heats water,pumps out,rinses,stops and releases door but at no time does it spin so clothes are still wet. can anybody sudjest fault.

Motor brushes if it doesn’t turn at all, blockage if it only won’t spin. Check filter for obstructions. The last throw of the brushes may be to not have an adequate contact to allow the full current to flow through the motor, so do check.

Power off, as you investigate.

Thank you for your advice. It was the brushes worn right down. Managed to buy a new set in Romford for £25.00. Seems a bit much for a set of brushes I think but the man in the shop was very helpfull, and gave me some good advice re: fitting the brushes. Thanks Again its now working fine. 😆
