HI 🙂
CUSTOMER SAYS THE MACHINE GOES THROUGH THE PROGRAMME ON THEN STOPS FULL OF WATER NEAR THE END OF THE PROG WITH THE PRE WASH LIGHT ON ❓ IVE TRIED DOWN LOADING THE MANUAL BUT MY GERMAN IS **** ANY IDEAS ❓

Ive been to this and no blockage pump ok 🙁 the pre wash light flashers 3 times does anyone know what that is ❓

Does it put this fault up if you ro a rinse and spin or a full wash?
Fault – 3 flashes on pre wash lamp is drain taking longer than 6 mins, for whatever reason, weak/damaged pump or blockage etc. Pump can during wash become intermittent due to wear, the heat of the wash compounds this.

Ive no feed to pump and no motor action on the very last rinse always goes faulty in the same place between last rinse and rinse hold just sits there for about 4 mins and then quickly advances to the end and the pre wash light flashers.

Sounds like a faulty power module.
Do you have the full model number.
