As the subject suggests, I have a Bosch WFF2000 washing machine which has a problem.

I put a load in a few nights ago and when I came down in the morning, everything seemed OK with the machine except that the load was still wet. I put the machine onto a manual spin and rather than enter the spin cycle, it span up for about a second and then stopped for about 5 seconds and then span up for a further second, stopped and then started the whole thing again in for about 10-15 times in all. Then, the program rotated to finished and the prewash flashed 5 times with a short pause over and over.

I cleaned the pump which wasn’t clogged and I have checked the water inlets but the machine is still not working. If I put a new program on (no matter which program), all it is does is click straight past the entire program until it goes back to the spin cycle outlined above.

    Has anyone got any ideas?

    Hi
Its either a motor fault or a PCB module fault.
Personally I would use the engineer link below rather than make expensive guesses 😉

Thanks for your reply, I had the engineer out today and the motor is fine so it looks like a PCB. The engineer is trying to get a reconditioned one as a new one is likely to make a repair uneconomical. As of this evening, he has not succeeded in locating a part.

Can anyone on here point me in the right direction to locate one? I guess I need to provide part number etc. but what other info is needed?

    Thanks

    Hi,

The model number is WFF2000GB/12 FD 7704 03631

The switch PCB has the following info on it:

A yellow sticker with the following:

    AKO 513-005
    EEP 45499 -01
    376 2747 AC8
    077

A white sticker with the following:

    04 * 7459
    B107779AD8

    Thanks

In that case the p/no for the PCB is 096381.

    Hi Peter
Yes is the answer but we can only give out specifics, sorry.
Any particular sequence you are getting?

Re: Bosch WFF2000 Prewash flashes 5 times

    Hi
I have checked inlet feed/ pump waste/motor spins but the machine starts ok and then rapidly progresses to the end (draining the water) and then the prewash lightflashes. The sequence is on then off for a count of 3 the on etc, there appears to be no longer break in the sequence. Any ideas? the machine has worked hard and given great service but I guess all good things come to an end. Any recommendations. I saw you refer to ISE and a web link but could not find it.

3 flashes you looking for a pump, drain or blockage etc which you appeared to have done.

The ISE link can be found below, follow my www link.
